If you want to join an organisation that values our differences, we are looking for you! **¿Cómo va a ser tu día a día?** As a Foundation Project Manager your objective is to plan, formulate, execute, monitor and justify technically and financially the Foundation's projects funded through public and private grants, ensuring compliance with the administrative, technical and financial requirements established by funders and by the organisation. Among your main responsibilities are: Identification and analysis of calls for proposals * Actively monitor external funding opportunities. Analyze requirements and assess their alignment with the entity's strategy. * Formulation and submission of proposals * Design and draft projects based on specific calls. * Prepare technical reports, timelines, budgets and required annexes. Coordinate the documentary submission of applications. * Management and execution of approved projects * Support the technical and operational implementation of the project. * Supervise deadlines, activities, achievement of objectives and budget execution. Coordinate with teams responsible for execution. * Technical and financial justification * Prepare progress reports and final reports. * Collect justifying evidence of activities and expenses. Coordinate with accounting for financial reporting. * Monitoring and relationship with funders * Handle communications, requests and audits from funding entities. Keep documentation related to grants up to date. * Evaluation and improvement * Systematize learnings and best practices. Contribute to continuous improvement in project planning and formulation. * Institutional support * Collaborate with other departments in the strategic design of projects. * Contribute to the preparation of the institutional report and other documents. **¿Qué esperamos de ti?** * University degree in fields such as: Social Sciences, Social Work, Development Cooperation, Political Science, Business Administration and Management, Law or related qualifications. * Additional training valued in: Social project management, Grant formulation (public or private), Budget development and management, Project evaluation, Public sector grant regulations. * Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in formulation, management and justification of public and/or private grants. * Experience using the Sispecan tool * Experience in writing social or cooperation projects. * Experience interacting with public administrations. * High capacity for planning and organization * Technical and documentary rigor **¿Qué te ofrecemos?** * A challenging project in a growing multinational company * Permanent contract * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00h. **Our commitment to equal opportunities** In Alsa we promote diversity and equal opportunities.
