Therefore, we are seeking a **Housekeeping Attendant for an IT replacement**, who — with passion and diligence — contributes to guest satisfaction through cleaning and preparing our rooms and common areas, consistently delivering superior-quality service: a Housekeeping Attendant distinguished by attention to detail, proactive attitude, and strong commitment; who enjoys teamwork and, above all, places the guest at the center of their work. **What will you do?** * Ensure cleanliness and order in assigned rooms and corridors, meeting our high quality standards. * Maintain impeccable common areas, following the established work schedule. * Report any anomalies, malfunctions, or damage detected in guest rooms to the department head. * Safeguard forgotten items, reporting and delivering them to the relevant department according to established protocol. * Care for and maintain your housekeeping trolley and supply station in optimal condition, ensuring their cleanliness and order at all times. * Comply with Occupational Health and Safety regulations and measures. **Essential requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles, preferably in hotels of comparable or higher category. * Immediate availability. * Relevant training related to the position is valued. * Availability to cover a replacement contract.
