Our portfolio includes brands such as SmartRental Collection, Akeah, Malacuna, Live It, Suio, Evoca, and Lemonade, covering various vertical markets within the Living and Hospitality sectors. **What will be your responsibilities?** **Assistance with basic kitchen tasks**: * Perform simple tasks such as peeling, cutting, chopping, or grinding food under the supervision of a kitchen assistant or chef. * Prepare ingredients to facilitate the team’s work (weighing, mixing, etc.). **Cleaning and maintenance**: * Keep utensils, tools, and work areas clean and organized. * Wash and store kitchen equipment and tableware properly. * Ensure preparation surfaces and areas are disinfected. **Collaboration in storage**: * Assist in receiving and organizing goods. * Label and store food according to preservation and expiry standards. **Assistance in service**: * Support the chef or kitchen assistant in plating dishes. * Carry out occasional tasks in preparing side dishes, sauces, or other elements. **Regulatory compliance**: * Follow instructions regarding food handling, hygiene, and safety. * Collaborate in the proper disposal of waste and non-usable products. **What are we looking for?** * At least 1\-2 years of prior experience in a similar position. * Possession of a recognized disability certificate will be positively considered, in line with our commitment to equal opportunities. **What do we offer?** * Temporary contract due to medical leave * Opportunities for professional development and growth within an expanding company. * Discounts on our accommodations, restaurants, and events.
