




**Florette Canarias** is looking to incorporate a **PICKING OPERATOR** into its team to ensure the correct assembly and dispatch of finished product pallets, meeting quality, food safety, and logistical efficiency standards, so that each customer receives their order on time and as required. Your main responsibilities will be: * **Assemble and prepare finished product boxes**, registering them using barcode readers. * **Organize and secure pallets**, moving them to their designated locations. * **Assist in truck loading** using an electric forklift, following instructions from the team supervisor. * **Check and replace labels** in case of computer errors. * **Perform basic checks**: inventories, delivery notes, truck temperature measurements, and quality records. * **Maintain order and cleanliness** in the work area. * **Comply with company safety, quality, and risk prevention regulations**. * **Support additional tasks** assigned by the supervisor. **Education:** * Basic education or equivalent. * Food handler certification. **Experience and knowledge:** * Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, or production. * Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, management software). * Experience operating electric forklifts and pallet trucks. * Experience using handheld scanners or PDAs. **Required competencies:** * Teamwork and collaborative ability. * Organization and tidiness. * Adaptability to change and responsibility in task completion. * Attention to detail.
