The position we are seeking to fill — an Operations Manager for our site located in Ontígola (Toledo) — will primarily coordinate and supervise all client-contracted operational activities, as well as manage the workforce executing those activities, in accordance with the Company’s standards, policies, and guidelines. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Manage warehouse operations, improve processes, and maximize productivity to achieve objectives. Develop, implement, and monitor organizational changes within the warehouse to ensure activities are carried out as efficiently as possible. Coordinate production activities while adhering to processes, procedures, and regulations, and control and record task volumes to quantify work performed across all activities, prioritizing appropriately at all times. Coordinate, organize, supervise, and monitor the workforce, assigning staff to various tasks and implementing necessary adjustments and improvements to deliver high-quality customer service. Carry out daily attendance monitoring and tracking of personnel. Ensure personnel safety in their workplaces by supervising proper understanding and compliance with quality and safety standards, as well as the condition of facilities, machinery, and equipment. Collaborate in engaging the team in implementing LEAN Culture at their workplace. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Higher education in Supply Chain and/or Lean processes. Minimum 3 years’ verifiable experience in logistics operations and managing work teams as a team leader or similar role. Experience managing work teams in logistics environments. High level of English is desirable. Advanced proficiency in office software. In-depth knowledge of the logistics market. Leadership, planning, and organizational skills; analytical knowledge.
