Commitment, responsibility, and eagerness to learn An order picker is needed to perform logistics tasks in Seseña. The job involves preparing orders swiftly and accurately, using machinery such as order-picking forklifts and electric pallet jacks to move loads. PDAs will also be used to record and track each step of the order preparation process, ensuring full documentation and control. The ideal candidate should be active, well-organized, and detail-oriented, enabling quick integration into the team and achievement of targets. Tasks include careful handling of goods to prevent damage and strict adherence to established regulations. Prior experience in similar logistics or transportation roles is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with daily operations. Commitment, responsibility, and eagerness to learn and adapt to working methods are expected. A forklift operator’s license is mandatory, along with demonstrable experience of at least 6 months in similar roles. A personal vehicle is required to commute to the workplace. Any formal training in any field will be viewed positively, though it is not mandatory. Immediate availability to start work is required.
