Position Summary: We are seeking a supervisor to direct the execution of urban equipment and street furniture construction projects, controlling quality and regulatory compliance while managing resources. Resource management and incident resolution We are looking for a person to supervise and direct the execution of urban equipment and street furniture construction projects in Totana (Murcia). Duties will include site layout and leveling, management of sub-base and drainage works, as well as supervision of assembly. It will be necessary to control quality and regulatory compliance, as well as manage available resources. Proficiency in office software tools will be valued. A Higher Vocational Training qualification in Construction Works Organization and Control or equivalent is required, along with knowledge of drawing interpretation and quantity surveying, and basic office software skills. It is essential to possess the ability to resolve incidents promptly and judiciously, as well as hold a Class B driving license. A temporary contract is offered, with potential conversion to an indefinite-term contract, full-time working hours on a split schedule (morning and afternoon shifts). Remuneration will be €1,220 gross per month, negotiable, including a vehicle, mobile phone, and portable computer. Immediate start is required.
