We are looking to incorporate a **Junior Process Engineer** into our Operations Department — a high-potential candidate ready to train and jointly drive plant-wide operational excellence. **Job Mission:** Under the supervision of Industrial Management, your goal will be to sustainably lead and implement process improvements in a complex industrial environment — acting on flows, methods, technology, and people — reducing lead time and operational variability, while consolidating a culture of continuous improvement on-site. You will focus on learning and applying workflow standardization and production control, participating in the digital transformation of our operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Collaborate in the analysis, development, and optimization of production planning and manufacturing routing processes. * Execute monitoring and optimization of work methods and times for each production stage. * Provide technical support during implementation of MES and ERP digitalization systems. * Help identify bottlenecks and ensure a First Time Right quality culture, avoiding rework. * Apply Lean Manufacturing tools daily to ensure agile processes. **Candidate Requirements:** * **Education:** Engineering degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering / Industrial Organization. * **Experience:** Recent graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of prior plant experience. * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in Excel and CAD tools. Interest in process automation. * **Technological Curiosity:** Curiosity and interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its potential in the industrial sector. * **Competencies:** Proactivity, resilience, entrepreneurial mindset, interest in technology, critical thinking, root-cause problem-solving skills, ability to learn quickly, discipline, and confidence.
