Requirements * Proven experience as a First-Class Technician in prefabricated assembly. * Advanced proficiency in assembly tools and aerial work platforms. * Leadership ability and team organization skills. * 20-hour Construction Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) certification. * Willingness to travel nationwide. * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. * Preferred: experience in heavy civil works or bridge beams.
