A positive work environment and team support At **Poseidon Hotels**, we are seeking a **Reception Manager** to join the **Poseidon Playas de Torrevieja Hotel** under a **substitution contract**. You will become part of a **family-owned company with nearly 100 years of history**, operating multiple establishments across Spain and firmly committed to service quality, customer care, and employee well-being. ### **Job Description** The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the Reception Department, ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer service during the substitution period. Key responsibilities include: * Organizing and supervising the reception team. * Coordinating shifts, tasks, and departmental procedures. * Ensuring proper execution of **check-in, check-out, and guest assistance** processes. * Managing incidents, complaints, and claims. * Supervising billing, collections, and shift closures. * Coordinating with other hotel departments. * Monitoring and complying with internal quality standards and procedures. * Supporting hotel management with operational tasks within the department. ### **What We Are Looking For** * Prior experience as a **Reception Manager** or **Receptionist** with coordination responsibilities. * Education in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred). * **Advanced level of English** (additional languages are a plus). * Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS). * Leadership, organizational, and incident-resolution skills. * Customer orientation and strong communication skills. ### **What We Offer** * **Substitution contract**. * **Salary: €2,000 gross per month in 12 payments**. * Opportunity to join an established hotel within the Poseidon Hotels group. * A positive work environment and team support. * Terms and conditions in accordance with the **Hospitality Collective Agreement**. ### **Commitment to Sustainability** At Poseidon Hotels, we promote responsible tourism, caring for our customers, our staff, and the environment. **Will you join us to lead our reception team?**
