




Job Summary: We are seeking a Selection Technician to manage HR administrative processes, employment contract processing, employee support, and provide assistance in personnel selection. Opportunity for continuous training to develop job functions In Aranjuez, we are looking for a person to manage administrative processes related to human resources. Your main responsibilities will include employment contract processing, invoicing, and incident resolution. You will also be responsible for supporting employees by addressing questions regarding leave requests, absences, payroll, and other labor-related matters. Additionally, you will provide support in personnel selection, including collaboration in expanding the candidate pool, resume screening, conducting interviews, and other duties inherent to the position. A temporary contract of 3 months is offered, with full-time working hours of 40 hours per week. Working hours will be from Monday to Friday, 14:00 to 22:00, with breaks established by law.
