We are seeking a **Project Manager** who will take part in cutting\-edge technology projects, leading their planning and execution to ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met. They will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and act as a liaison between different departments and stakeholders, ensuring the successful achievement of the project’s objectives. **Tasks to be performed:** * **Coordinate**, as main responsible, the **complete life of the projects** assigned: planning, execution and closure. * **Ensure** that all projects are **delivered on\-time**, within **scope** and within **budget** with the **quality** standards and procedures of the company. * **Develop project scopes and objective**s, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and appropriate risk management. * **Coordinate** project **communications**, keeping a close **interaction** with project **stakeholders** as subcontractors, partners and customers. * Identify and manage project **risks** and their **mitigation actions.** * Use appropriate verification techniques to **manage changes** in project scope, schedule and costs. * **Report** and escalate to management as needed. * Create and maintain comprehensive **project documentation**. **Required skills, experience and candidate profile:** **Education:** * **Level – Degree**: **University degree** in **Engineering**. Specialization in **Aerospace, Electronics, Mechanical, Telecommunications** or equivalent. **Required skills, experience and candidate profile:** * Knowledge of **Project Management methodologies** (e.g., PMI methodologies). PMP certification is highly desirable. * Knowledge of **Agile** methodologies is desirable. * Proficient in **MS Office Suite**. * Proficient in **MS Project.** Experience in **Project Server** is desirable. * **Proactive, autonomous and team player**. * Excellent **negotiation** and **communication skills**. Comfortable dealing with customers and suppliers * **Proficient in English**. * Eligible to work in the EU. **Experience:** * Relevant **experience (more than 4 years)** managing engineering projects. Experience in Defence sector projects is desirable.
