Job Description We are seeking a Construction Team Manager for our Construction team, with proven experience in team management, client-facing project management, and construction execution. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and organize teams of Site Managers/Project Managers from the central office to ensure goal achievement across more than 150 nationwide projects, while maintaining direct communication with clients and reporting to the Head of Construction. What This Role Entails As Group Manager of our Construction team, you will work from the central office leading and organizing a team of Site Managers/Project Managers to guarantee goal achievement across multiple simultaneous projects. You will be responsible for monitoring and controlling various construction sites through effective team management, maintaining direct communication with clients, and ensuring the highest quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Team management and leadership: Organize, coordinate and direct Site Managers/Project Managers to optimize performance and goal achievement * Client reporting and communication: Maintain direct communication and report on project progress, issues and results * Construction site monitoring and control: Supervise the progress of multiple projects simultaneously from the central office • Provide technical assistance and strategic support to the construction team * Coordinate client visits and follow-up meetings with teams * Prepare and share weekly and monthly reports on costs, schedules, execution progress and certification * Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Design, Installations, Cost Management) to resolve issues * Ensure quality of procedures, materials and finishes through team supervision • Manage resources and optimize personnel allocation to achieve project objectives * Supervise subcontractor management, cost control and planning through Project Managers * Coordinate project documentation management: measurements, schedules, financial control, meeting minutes, as-built documentation Required Profile – Mid–Senior Level **Education and Experience:** • University degree in Architecture, Technical Architecture, Engineering or Technical Engineering • Required mix of experience: Practical construction and building site experience Experience in client-facing project management Solid experience in construction team management and leadership • 5–8 years of experience in positions of responsibility within the construction sector • Prior experience in team supervision and coordination roles • Conversational English proficiency for communication with international clients **Technical Competencies:** • Proficiency in tools: MS Office, Presto, MS Project, AutoCAD • Knowledge of project management methodologies **Leadership Competencies:** • Demonstrated leadership and team management capability • Client communication and reporting skills • Autonomy and proactivity in decision-making • Organizational and strategic planning skills • Results orientation and goal achievement focus • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects What We Offer You will join an inclusive and entrepreneurial culture, sharing with professionals like yourself—both locally and globally—the opportunity to achieve great success.
