AH is seeking an EUC IT Technician responsible for delivering appropriate user support and ensuring the proper operation and updating of workstations deployed across the organization, maintaining a focus on quality, teamwork, and customer service. The responsibilities of the EUC Technician will include: * Ensuring accurate inventory of IT assets related to workstations. * Deploying various policies and technologies to workstations. * Providing user support. * Handling and managing incidents related to: * Windows operating systems. * Microsoft Office 365\. * Android and iOS mobile devices. * Office workstations (VDI, laptops, printers, etc.). * Warehouse workstations (scanners, RF devices, etc.). . **What qualities would we like you to have?** The candidate selected as EUC Technician must possess: * Five years of experience in EUC IT support roles. * Knowledge of ITSM tools (ServiceNow). * Specialized education in the IT field (a higher education degree is preferred).
