Truck Drivers – National Routes

**Transportes Ruta** is seeking to hire **2 truck drivers** to carry out national transport routes based in **A Coruña**. Work will be carried out using **tarpaulin-covered trailers and enclosed box trailers**. **Responsibilities** ------------- * Driving trucks on national routes. * Adhering to loading and unloading schedules. * Performing basic vehicle inspections and maintenance. * Managing documentation corresponding to each service. * Complying with traffic regulations and rules regarding driving and rest times. **Requirements** -------------- * Valid **C\+E driver's license**. * Valid **CAP certificate and digital tachograph card**. * Prior experience driving heavy vehicles. * Wide and flexible availability regarding working hours. * Willingness to stay overnight away from home. * **ADR certification** is valued but not mandatory. * Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment. **Working Hours and Work Organization** -------------------------------------- Services are scheduled **from Monday to Sunday**, with no fixed start time. Routes may begin either early in the morning or in the afternoon, depending on operational needs. The company will notify drivers of each route with as much advance notice as possible. Once legally mandated rest periods have been completed, the driver must remain available to receive assignment for the next service. The typical workweek consists of approximately **6 active days per week**. Typically, the driver will **spend one night at home and one night away**, depending on assigned routes. Weekly activities usually conclude on Saturday. When Sunday work is necessary, it will be organized via a **rotation system** established by the traffic manager. All legally mandated **daily and weekly rest periods** will be strictly observed. **Conditions** --------------- * Monthly net salary ranging between **€2,500 and €2,700**, depending on allowances and services performed. * Integration into an established transportation sector company. * Job stability and continuity. * Routes planned by the traffic department. * Work with **tarpaulin-covered semi-trailers and enclosed box semi-trailers**.
