**JOB OFFERING – FTTH INSTALLER** **Company: Ostema** At **Ostema**, a growing telecommunications company, we are seeking **FTTH installers** to expand our technical team. Main responsibilities: * Installation and maintenance of **FTTH** networks. * Cable laying, fiber splicing, and certification. * Resolution of technical incidents at end customers. * Basic configuration of equipment (ONTs, routers, etc.). * Customer service and reporting of completed work. Requirements: * Prior experience in FTTH installations. * Knowledge of fiber splicing and use of specialized tools. * Completion of telecom courses or willingness to undertake them. * Availability and commitment. * PRL course (60 hours) is a plus.
