Job Summary: We are seeking administrative staff for daily management, customer and supplier service, and contractual document coordination. Key Points: 1. Comprehensive administrative management 2. Customer and supplier service 3. Document coordination and tracking We are looking for administrative staff with key responsibilities in daily operations. Duties include customer and supplier service both by telephone and in person, ensuring smooth communication. Coordination with advisory services and mutual insurance companies will also be managed to monitor and control employees, as well as all necessary documentation for awarded construction contracts. Preparation of all relevant documentation will be required. Applicants must hold an appropriate qualification, such as a Higher Technician in Administration and Finance, a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Sciences, a Bachelor’s or Licentiate Degree in Economics, Business Administration and Management, or equivalent studies. Prior demonstrable experience in administrative roles will be considered favorably, as will possession of a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for commuting to the workplace. The position offers an indefinite full-time contract. Working hours are from 09:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 17:00. Salary and employment conditions will comply with the General Collective Agreement for the Construction Sector of the Principality of Asturias.
