




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage documentation, handle communications, and support billing, expense control, and personnel administration. Support in billing and expense control We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Campo de Criptana (Ciudad Real). Main responsibilities will include document management and archiving, handling telephone calls and emails, as well as support in billing and expense control. Collaboration in personnel administration will also be required. A training contract is offered to gain professional experience, with a part-time morning schedule from 09:00 to 13:00, totaling 4 hours per day. Prior experience of at least 12 months in similar positions is preferred. The gross monthly salary will be €610.50, including pro-rated extra payments.
