




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced administrative assistant in labor management to take full responsibility for comprehensive payroll management and Social Security procedures. Experience with SILTRA and payroll software is valued. We seek an administrative assistant with a demonstrable professional track record of at least three years in labor management tasks. Proficiency in using the SILTRA tool and experience with payroll management software are essential. Familiarity with Aplifisa software will be considered a plus, as will holding a degree in Labor Relations or Labor Sciences. An indefinite-term employment contract is offered, initially for a part-time schedule of 25 hours per week. Working hours are scheduled from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with the possibility of increasing working hours to reach full-time status. Remuneration will comply with the current collective bargaining agreement applicable to the offices and consulting sector. The responsibilities of this position include full payroll management and contract preparation. The role also involves processing registrations, cancellations, and modifications via the RED System, managing Social Insurance matters, and communicating with the Social Security administration. Additionally, the candidate will handle submissions of forms such as Model 111 and Model 190, as well as paternity leave management, among other administrative duties.
