Description
Social intervention and accompaniment are carried out in a residential facility aimed at women survivors of human trafficking or exploitation, as well as their minor children. The goal is to support them across various aspects of daily life to facilitate their recovery and autonomy. Main responsibilities include preparing for and welcoming beneficiaries and their dependent minors. Hygiene supplies and assistance are provided, and guidance and accompaniment are offered to women in situations of vulnerability or at risk of social exclusion. A needs analysis and diagnosis is conducted in coordination with the educator and social worker. Support is also provided in managing daily routines, cleaning schedules, and administrative, medical, or shopping procedures. Group workshops are designed and scheduled to develop personal and social skills, and individual pathways are monitored in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. Leisure activities are planned, conflict resolution interventions are carried out, and supervision is provided for learning healthy eating, hygiene, and time-management habits. The contract is a training and learning contract. Tasks also include supporting job and housing searches, participating in coordination meetings, and supporting work–family reconciliation.
