Compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements. **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in rural development and nature conservation works, seeks to hire 1 Construction Site Technical Supervisor (Toledo). **Responsibilities and Tasks** ---------------------- * Organize construction site activities according to the Site Manager’s instructions, ensuring work quality and performance. * Collaborate on activity scheduling, budget preparation, and layout planning. * Organize and coordinate human teams, providing specific task instructions to operators. * Schedule and validate activities carried out by collaborators and their teams, as well as receipt of materials and supplies at the site or warehouse, following the Site Manager’s instructions. * Be responsible for machinery assigned to the site, confirming its receipt and reporting any incidents. * Supervise site execution, including measurements, productivity calculations, and material control. * Comply with and ensure compliance with the site’s safety plan, as well as existing quality and environmental specifications. * Draft and sign off on corresponding work reports, and immediately report any accidents or anomalies. * Occasional travel arising from area of responsibility. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the stated requirements and/or merits must be substantiated through assessment tests and/or by attaching required documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, documents verifying the information provided in the application, as well as to request additional information from the CV, whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for this vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Hold a Higher Technician Diploma in Building and Civil Engineering – CFGS (qualification officially recognized in Spain or an equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). ### **Prior Experience** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Technical Supervisor in civil engineering and/or building construction (assessed during technical interview). ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Class B driving license (copy to be attached). **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) – Basic Level for Construction (50h or 60h). ### **Prior Experience** * From 1 year up to 3 years performing duties as a Technical Supervisor in civil engineering or building construction (assessed during technical interview). * From 1 day up to 3 years of experience managing human teams (assessed during technical interview). **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract estimated to last 11 months. + Full-time working hours.
