The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals, ensuring quality and food safety at all times. **We Offer:** * Full-time: 40 hours per week * Schedule: short week (3 days), long week (4 days), rotating shifts and alternate weekends. * Salary according to the Collective Catering Agreement **Responsibilities:** * Develop culinary preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical sheets, and implement good practices. * Prepare menus and adapted diets. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Supervise ingredient and material inventory, placing orders when necessary. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – APPCC recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and tools. * Train new team members on cooking practices and company procedures.
