Each time Spiga\+ connects with a manufacturer’s or supplier’s system, someone must understand how both systems should communicate, clarify this for Development to build it, and verify that it works before delivery to the customer. **We are looking for that person.** **Responsibilities** ---------- **Your mission** * You will be at the intersection of technology, product, and business. * You will participate in new Spiga\+ developments and integrations, accompanying each project from initial analysis through testing and final validation. * You will collaborate with Development, customers, suppliers, and various departments across the company. * Your role will be to understand requirements, structure information, and ensure all parties speak the same language. **In your day-to-day work…** * Analyze new features and integrations. * Translate them into clear functional requirements. * Prepare necessary documentation for Development. * Participate in meetings with customers and technology suppliers. * Conduct technical and functional tests. * Validate that each solution addresses the original problem. * Identify incidents and opportunities for improvement. * Explain processes and functionalities in simple terms. * Contribute ideas to further evolve the product. *We don’t expect you to know everything upon joining.* *We do expect curiosity, sound judgment, and eagerness to understand how the pieces fit together.* **You’ll enjoy this role if…** * You like researching before responding. * You need to understand the “why” behind things. * You enjoy transforming complexity into clarity. * You can communicate effectively with both technical and business profiles. * You prefer working autonomously and taking responsibility. * You identify improvements and propose them. * You know how to listen, ask questions, and explain clearly. * You seek stability while continuing to grow. **Requirements** -------------- **What we need to get started:** * University degree in Computer Science or related field. * English proficiency at B2 level or higher. * Knowledge of SOAP and REST APIs. * Knowledge of SQL Server. * At least one year of experience in functional analysis, product management, integrations, software development, or similar roles. * Bonus points if you also have familiarity with the automotive sector, dealership and workshop environments, or enterprise management systems. *We don’t require a perfect paper profile.* *We especially value your ability to learn, connect information, and thrive in projects involving diverse people and departments.* **Benefits** -------------- **What you’ll find here:** **Real flexibility:** ️ You may schedule your working day between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm. ️ We work remotely and meet on-site two mornings per week. ️ Flexibility isn’t just mentioned in the job posting—it’s embedded in how we organize ourselves. **Our own product:** ️ You won’t jump from project to project without ever getting to know them. ️ You’ll contribute to the evolution of Spiga\+, our proprietary technological product with over 20 years of history. ️ What you analyze, document, and test will go into production and be used by our customers. **Autonomy with team support:** ️ You’ll have space to self-organize, take initiative, and propose improvements. ️ You’ll also have colleagues to share knowledge with, resolve doubts, and co-create solutions.
