**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in activities related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 1 professional holding a degree in Agricultural Engineering, Forestry Engineering, Forest Engineering or Agronomy Engineering in Toledo **Workplace** -------------------- * Toledo **Responsibilities and Tasks** ---------------------- * Technical planning and control of the execution of various project phases, including the following responsibilities: * Requesting and analyzing quotations from subcontractors and suppliers; advising on contracting and on the selection and purchase of products, materials and equipment; drafting technical reports for awarding contracts. * Planning, scheduling and controlling the execution and financial aspects of projects. * Valuation and certification of subcontractors’ and suppliers’ work. * Measurement and valuation of completed work for certification purposes. * Measurement and budgeting of contradictory unit prices arising during construction, including preparation of unit prices, auxiliary prices, breakdown prices and complex prices. * Management of licenses, authorizations and permits required for project implementation. * Organization and supervision of employees and subcontractors or self-employed workers regarding occupational health and safety; updating the site safety plan; site organization; temporary facilities; signage; collective protective measures; personal protective equipment; first aid; and training. * Quality Control: Technical assistance in verifying the quality of work, materials and construction execution in accordance with the project specifications and applicable regulations. * Human resource management, acting as liaison between site management and supervisors; coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors, demonstrating ability to enforce compliance with their obligations **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the stated requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching supporting documentation in the “Annexes” section of the application questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any time during the process the documents certifying the information provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the candidate’s CV, whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for this vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Hold a degree qualifying you for the regulated profession of Agronomy Engineer, Forestry Engineer, Agricultural Engineer or Forest Engineer (MECES Level 3 or MECES Level 2) (degree officially recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Class B driving license **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Training in GIS ### **Prior Experience** * 1 to 3 years of experience using Presto software * 1 to 3 years of experience using GIS software * 1 to 3 years of experience serving as Site Manager **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 6 months, linked to the execution of the assignment detailed in the announcement under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds + Full-time position.
