Keep the workplace clean and organized **Description:** ---------------- Proman Spain is recruiting a production operator for a major company located in the Bages region, with shifts available in the morning, afternoon or night from Monday to Friday. Candidates must be available for immediate start. Prior experience as a production operator in industrial companies is required. **Responsibilities:** * Assemble, operate and maintain production machinery. * Monitor the production process and ensure compliance with quality standards. * Work collaboratively in a team to meet production targets. * Report proper equipment functioning and prevent potential breakdowns. * Keep the workplace clean and organized. * Comply with safety regulations. **Requirements:** Education: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO). Minimum 2 years’ experience as a production operator in manufacturing plants. Class B driving license and personal vehicle are mandatory. Residence in the Bages region is essential. Availability for immediate start. **We Offer:** Working Hours: Fixed shift from Monday to Friday—morning, afternoon or night. Contract Type: Full-time. Possibility of permanent contract.
