Actren is a company jointly owned by CAF and Renfe, dedicated to comprehensive train maintenance across Spain, including major interventions and specialized auxiliary workshop activities—where rolling stock components are inspected, repaired, and fine-tuned. You will participate in key activities to ensure proper workshop operation and improvement, including: * Preparing and maintaining up-to-date technical documentation related to operational controls of the Auxiliary Workshop. * Training technical staff, ensuring they understand and correctly apply assigned project documentation. * Supporting tender preparation, particularly in technical documentation and contract follow-up for awarded contracts. * Managing client relations for ongoing contracts, ensuring smooth and professional communication. Job Requirements What will make you succeed as a Junior Railway Engineer? * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technologies, Mechatronics, or related engineering disciplines providing a solid technical foundation for working in railway equipment maintenance and repair environments. * Interest in the railway sector and in developing within an industrial environment. * Strong learning ability, initiative, and good communication skills. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle, as the workplace is not well-served by public transport.
