Duties include assisting patients with personal hygiene, helping with necessary mobilizations and postural changes, and supporting food intake. General assistance will also be provided to the nursing and auxiliary staff. Maintaining cleanliness and order in residents' rooms is essential. At least one year of prior experience in a similar role is required. Empathy, a strong sense of responsibility, and effective communication skills with people are highly valued. The contract is temporary, initially lasting 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. Full-time working hours apply. The work schedule includes night shifts (at least 15 days per month), alternating with morning and afternoon shifts. The gross monthly salary is 1\.550 euros, adjusted according to the number of nights worked. Public holidays worked will also be compensated.
