We are seeking clinical assistants to join our team in Gijón (Asturias). Main responsibilities will include providing direct physical care to individuals with specific needs, covering personal hygiene, maintenance of facilities and equipment, assistance with feeding, and performing postural changes. Appropriate use of technical aids and adapted communication systems will be required. In addition, collaboration with other professionals will be encouraged to optimize residents' personal autonomy. Candidates must hold a qualification as a Nursing Auxiliary Technician or a Professional Certificate in Socio-Healthcare for People in Social Institutions, along with prior experience in residential settings, day centers, or hospitals. Additional training in Geriatrics and/or Gerontology will be considered a positive asset. This position involves a temporary full-time contract with rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts, and the salary will comply with the Dependency Care Collective Agreement.
