Description

We are seeking an experienced cook for a nursing home. Main responsibilities include preparing menus adapted to special diets and the specific nutritional needs of residents. The candidate will also organize and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring an efficient and collaborative work environment. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for proper storage management of products, including inventory control and supervision of stock rotation. Strict compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) regulations across all kitchen areas is essential, as is ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards to guarantee a safe environment. Proven experience in cooking and team management is required. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are desirable, as they will facilitate access to the workplace. The contract is temporary for 5 months with potential extension to an indefinite term, full-time hours, and a flexible schedule. Salary conditions are negotiable based on qualifications and in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
