Responsibilities for **Kitchen Assistant**: * Preparation of ingredients. * Assistance in pizza preparation. * Preparation and assembly of burgers (standard and smash). * Preparation of menu items. * Griddle work and support during service. * Kitchen cleaning and organization. We seek a quick, organized individual with a positive attitude toward teamwork, especially during busy periods. Prior experience in kitchens, pizzerias, or griddle work is valued but not mandatory. Responsibilities for **Waiter/Waitress**: * Customer service in the dining area and on the terrace. * Taking orders and operating the POS system. * Serving beverages, pizzas, burgers, and appetizers. * Basic beverage preparation and bar support when needed. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area.
