At NOVANOTIO, we are seeking a Reliability, Maintainability and Testability (RMT) Engineer to join a stable, high-technology project linked to international programs in industrial and defense environments. The position requires participation in projects involving classified documentation (NATO RESTRICTED or equivalent), implying on-site work and direct interaction with systems and products in the laboratory. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 4 years’ experience in RMT Engineering activities. Experience in reliability, maintainability and testability of complex systems. High level of English, both spoken and written. Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance (HPS). Access to and experience working with SAP. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW? University degree in Aerospace, Electronics, Industrial Engineering or related field. Experience in: Reliability: predictions, RBD, redundancy modeling, FMECAs. Maintainability: MTTR and MTA calculations. Testability: fault detection and localization. Participation in complex technological programs (e.g., land or aeronautical platforms). DESIRABLE KNOWLEDGE: Experience in regulated industrial environments. Work with classified technical documentation. Direct interaction with laboratory teams and systems under development. RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS: Analysis and execution of RMT activities for complex systems. Preparation of reliability and maintainability studies. Redundancy analysis and architecture modeling. Technical support related to system maintenance and operation. Collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams in an on-site environment. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Workplace: Aranjuez.
