Main tasks: * Collection of documentation during file processing * Preparation of administrative files and classification of documentation * Registration of files in computer applications * Resolution of file-related incidents * Database management and maintenance * Preparation of notifications * Occasional travel for file management * Telephone assistance to applicants **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the required documentation in the "Annexes" section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any time during the process, documents verifying the information provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for the advertised position. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a Higher Vocational Training Certificate (FP II) or a Higher Technician Degree (CFGS) in the administrative field (qualification officially recognized in Spain or an equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities), OR possess at least 6 months of professional and/or academic experience as an Administrative Assistant ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish Class B driving license, currently in force **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Additional Merit Factors** * Professional and/or academic experience in the public sector (assessed via employment history) * Intermediate-level office software proficiency (evaluated during the technical interview) * Professional and/or academic experience in file management with public administration (evaluated during the technical interview) * Professional and/or academic experience in public service (evaluated during the technical interview) **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 5 months, linked to the execution of the assignment detailed in the publication under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds. + Full-time working hours Applications will be accepted from today, February 19, 2026 until February 24, 2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time).
