Your responsibilities will include coordinating with the Unit Head and supervising execution and control activities at substations and remote control systems, with a particular focus on railway projects. Continuous on-site presence throughout the contract duration is expected, adapting to project needs—which may involve flexible working hours, including night shifts and holidays. **Key Responsibilities:** * Execution and control of construction projects at substations and remote control systems. * Supervision and monitoring of work at electrical substations and remote control systems. * Coordination with the Unit Head to ensure project objectives are met. * Ensuring quality and safety across all phases of construction. * Adapting working hours according to project requirements (day, night, and holiday shifts). * Documentation and reporting of construction progress. * Resolution of technical incidents during execution. **What We Are Looking For:** * University degree in Engineering (Level 2 of MECES or Level 6 of EQF), such as Industrial Technical Engineer or equivalent. * Proven experience of at least five (5) years in projects and/or construction works. * Minimum two (2) years of experience in execution and/or control and supervision of distribution substations or remote control systems. * Knowledge and experience in the railway sector will be highly valued. * Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. * Proactivity, responsibility, and commitment to quality. * Availability to work on-site for the duration of the contract, adapting to flexible schedules. **What We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a leading company in the renewable energy sector. * Participation in innovative and large-scale projects. * Opportunities for professional development and internal growth. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Competitive salary package commensurate with candidate’s experience and merit.
