Do you want to be a key element in driving change across the sector by applying your expertise? *ADD YOUR ENERGY TO THE FUTURE!* What will you do? * The role’s mission is to ensure the proper functioning and regulatory compliance of the company’s security systems by efficiently supervising and managing preventive and corrective maintenance activities, thereby guaranteeing operational continuity and facility safety. * Supervise and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms, anti-intrusion, etc.). * Ensure compliance with current legal regulations on industrial safety and risk prevention. * Manage and supervise the performance of contractor companies responsible for maintenance, ensuring adherence to agreed service levels (SLAs). * Develop maintenance schedules for security systems. * Prepare periodic reports on the status of security systems and propose continuous improvements. * Participate in internal and external audits related to facility security. What are we looking for? * Engineering degree (Industrial, Telecommunications, Mining, Computer Science). * Knowledge of applicable regulations regarding industrial safety and protection systems. * Basic knowledge of security system technologies: access control, alarms, anti-intrusion. * Experience managing contracts and technical service providers. * Proficiency in maintenance management tools. * Goal-oriented mindset. * Leadership, planning, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. * Strong communication ability. Other desirable qualifications: * Minimum 5 years’ experience in security systems maintenance within industrial environments or critical infrastructure in the energy sector. * Knowledge of contract and technical service provider management. * Experience in planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as preparing technical reports and improvement plans.
