The role aims to lead and ensure the correct execution of ISO-based projects, rigorously applying the INTEDYA methodology and providing expert judgment so that organizations achieve their objectives of regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. The role combines technical leadership, expert analysis, and strategic client support, with a strong focus on service quality, methodological consistency, and full project traceability. Alongside technical execution, the position includes active responsibility for identifying opportunities for service evolution and expansion, contributing to business growth by detecting new projects, incorporating new standards, and proposing solutions from INTEDYA’s portfolio—all from a technical and value-added perspective for the client. **Responsibilities** ------------- * Advise organizations on ISO regulatory matters, serving as a specialized technical reference. * Plan, execute, and supervise assigned consulting projects, ensuring their proper implementation regardless of service delivery modality. * Guide and support organizations in achieving the objectives for which they contracted INTEDYA’s services. * Design and implement management solutions aligned with each organization’s specific challenges, context, and maturity level. * Identify, analyze, and assess improvement opportunities within implemented management systems. * Actively participate in client meetings to detect new needs and present solutions from INTEDYA’s portfolio. * Collaborate in the preparation, presentation, and follow-up of technical and commercial proposals, contributing technical judgment and experience. * Support negotiation processes from a technical perspective, in accordance with guidelines and conditions defined by Management. * Rigorously record and report all activities carried out, ensuring accurate transmission of relevant information obtained from the client. **Accountabilities** --------------------- * Meet the technical, methodological, and time-related expectations of each project, as established by INTEDYA and the client. * Keep updated the information related to the technical and time-based progress of assigned projects. * Ensure service quality and correct application of the INTEDYA methodology. * Actively contribute to client retention through solutions aligned with their evolving needs. * Achieve the time-related and performance objectives associated with the position. * Promptly report any incident that may affect the quality or reputation of INTEDYA’s services. * Meet the activity and management indicators established for this profile. **Education and Knowledge** ----------------------------- * University degree (Bachelor’s, Diploma, Engineering, or equivalent). * Postgraduate or specialized training in Management Systems (Master’s, Diploma, or similar). * Complementary training in areas such as Quality, Environment, Food Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, among others. * High-level mastery of INTEDYA’s service procedures and methodologies. * Proficient use of office tools and digital environments (Microsoft Office, Windows, Outlook, web browsing). * Strong analytical, learning, and professional communication skills. **Experience** --------------- * At least **18 months of experience as a Junior Consultant at INTEDYA** **and/or** * **More than 3 years of experience** in consulting and/or certification of ISO-based management systems. **Soft Skills** --------------- * Continuous interest in updating and expanding technical knowledge. * Strong professional communication skills with clients. * Organization, personal discipline, and autonomy in work management. * Ease in interacting with clients and executive environments. * Commercial sensitivity oriented toward identifying opportunities for client improvement and evolution. * Results-oriented, committed to service quality and professional excellence. **Contract** ------------ **Vacancy:** Senior Consultant
