Maintenance Assistant

Description

We are looking for a person to carry out maintenance tasks in Aranjuez, within the hospitality sector. Duties include inspecting and repairing electrical systems, maintaining air conditioning systems, as well as performing plumbing and carpentry repairs. It will also be necessary to respond to technical incidents and emergencies, keep records of interventions, maintain special areas, and perform other duties inherent to the position. The working schedule is full-time, with 40 hours per week distributed from Monday to Friday during morning shifts, from 09:00 to 17:00, respecting legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 1 year of experience. * We seek a responsible individual. * Living near the workplace is desirable. * A vehicle is required for commuting. \- * Knowledge of electricity, audiovisual systems, air conditioning, and hydraulics is desirable.
