Job Summary: We are seeking a technical leader for application adoption, modernization, and migration projects on OpenShift and Kubernetes architectures, with a focus on security and cloud ecosystems. At Deloitte, we are committed to generating impact on society, our clients, and you. **Key Responsibilities:** Design OpenShift architectures for on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments. Define and govern container platforms (Kubernetes/OpenShift) and virtualization with OpenShift Virtualization (KubeVirt). Provide technical leadership for container adoption, application modernization, and migration projects. Design CI/CD deployment strategies, GitOps, and automation (ArgoCD, Tekton, Ansible). **Security Standards Definition:** RBAC, Network Policies, SCC, secret management, and compliance. Integrate with cloud ecosystems, observability, and logging (Prometheus, Grafana, EFK). Provide L3 support and resolve complex platform incidents. Support development and operations teams; documentation and best practices. **Requirements:** 5+ years of experience with cloud/containerized platforms and 3+ years with OpenShift/Kubernetes. * Solid experience with Red Hat OpenShift (4.x) and Kubernetes. * Advanced knowledge of OpenShift Virtualization (KubeVirt). * Experience with Linux, networking, and storage in cloud environments. * Experience leading architecture design and L3 support. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Red Hat certifications (RHCSA, RHCE, OpenShift). * Experience with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Red Hat OpenShift Service. * Knowledge of Service Mesh (Istio), Serverless, and event-driven architectures. * Experience in DevSecOps, platform policies, and governance. * Experience in regulated sectors and enterprise environments.
