The Mortgage Product and Platforms Division’s primary mission is to develop and manage mortgage products targeted at individual customers—both originated through branches and via digital channels and platforms. This responsibility is carried out based on digital transformation, innovation, agility, and a constant focus on the customer. Within the unit’s responsibilities are the development, implementation, and monitoring of commercial and business processes, operational processes, product infrastructure, multichannel processes, regulatory compliance, and information-related processes. The position may be located either at CaixaBank’s Central Services buildings in Barcelona or Madrid, and initially fits profiles related to—and possessing knowledge and skills in—the management of asset products, particularly regarding their operational infrastructure, maintenance, or technological development. The objective is to fulfill the following functions and responsibilities: Functions and Responsibilities: * Monitoring and maintaining consistency across the entire mortgage asset offering and its contribution to the profit-and-loss account. * Mortgage governance: operational and commercial specification of regulatory, legal, or risk-related requirements to optimize commercial activity, coordinated with segment areas. * Ongoing review of the mortgage product and its operations to improve processes and workflows, as well as to design new multichannel products. * Technical and conceptual support in developing new products. * Development, implementation, and monitoring of multichannel initiatives (funnels, processes, operations, and tracking metrics). * All of the above with a permanent focus on the product’s multichannel capability, its digital transformation, and innovation. Minimum Requirements: * Expert or reference-level understanding of the mortgage asset product offering from an end-user perspective. * Experience with various internal tools and applications used for managing asset products (e.g., SIA, PRS, GTG, etc.). * Knowledge of operational processes linked to mortgage application, formalization, and signing. * Proficiency in standard office and corporate collaboration tools, as well as familiarity with Agile working methodologies. * Strong interpersonal and collaborative teamwork skills—both internally and cross-functionally across different internal departments, as well as with external vendors. * Analytical ability, organizational capacity, and results orientation.
