Responsibilities include: \- specialized cutting works using diamond wire \- cutting with disc on walls and floors \- drilling of reinforced concrete using handheld drill \- opening of passages and structural voids \- surface preparation and adaptation according to drawings and technical instructions. Selected candidates will operate specific machinery (diamond wire cutting machine, wall disc cutter, floor disc cutter, and handheld drill), ensuring proper maintenance and compliance with safety measures. A personal vehicle is required to travel to the company’s premises; subsequently, a company vehicle will be provided for travel to construction sites. Training of 20h or 60h in demolition and rehabilitation, courses in working at height or confined spaces, and prior experience in the sector will be valued.
