The role combines **technical leadership, AI solution design, and hands-on execution**, working with multidisciplinary teams in cloud and advanced automation environments. ***Job Description*** As a Technical Lead / AI Consultant, you will actively participate in the design, development, and implementation of solutions based on Generative AI and multi-agent architectures, leading Conversational Assistant projects (voice and text) across various digital channels. You will be responsible for defining the technical solution, ensuring alignment with industry best practices, and guiding the team throughout all project phases—from requirements analysis to production deployment. ***Main Responsibilities*** * Lead the design and implementation of conversational assistants and AI agents (voice and text). * Conduct technical and functional requirement analysis and define solution architecture. * Develop solutions using Generative AI (GPT-4 and LLMs) and conversational platforms such as Cognigy, Dialogflow CX, or Syntphony. * Design and implement RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases. * Orchestrate models and agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar. * Develop and integrate backend APIs for AI solutions (primarily in Python). * Deploy containerized solutions using Kubernetes / OpenShift, CI/CD, and service mesh. * Lead, mentor, and supervise the technical team, fostering capability development. * Participate in project planning, estimation, and tracking. * Present and defend technical solutions to clients and internal teams. * Collaborate with cloud, ITOPS, and managed services teams during implementation. ***Job Conditions*** * Location: Hybrid or remote.
