




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant to manage vehicle and transport-related procedures, requiring organizational skills and mental agility. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for processing vehicle name change procedures and registrations 2. Management of administrative procedures before the DGT (Directorate General of Traffic) and competent authorities 3. Mental agility, versatility, and organizational skills are valued A company in Lleida requires an administrative clerk. A permanent full-time employment contract is offered. Starting gross monthly salary: €1424.5 (12 payments per year). Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:15 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with statutory breaks. Processing of vehicle name changes; vehicle registrations; administrative management and procedures before the Directorate General of Traffic and competent authorities in the field of freight and passenger transport. Competencies / Knowledge: No specific academic qualifications are required, but proficiency in using computer tools is essential, along with the following attributes: ability to concentrate at work, capacity for quick learning, mental agility, versatility, and being an organized and proactive individual, with willingness to work under pressure, as the duties do not require complex knowledge but do demand a high execution pace. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: €1424 * Additional information: Salary is paid in 12 installments.
