**Positions Available** ---------------------- 2 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in works related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 2 Technical Supervisors in Toledo. **Workplace** -------------------- * Toledo **Responsibilities and Tasks** ---------------------- * Organize construction site activities in accordance with the Site Manager’s instructions, ensuring work quality and performance. * Collaborate in planning interventions, preparing budgets, and setting out works. * Organize and coordinate human teams, providing specific task instructions to operators. * Schedule and validate activities carried out by collaborators and their teams, as well as material and supply deliveries to the site or warehouse, following the Site Manager’s instructions. * Assume responsibility for machinery assigned to the site, confirming receipt and reporting any incidents. * Supervise on-site execution, including measurements, productivity calculations, and materials control. * Comply with and ensure compliance with the site safety plan, as well as existing quality and environmental specifications. * Draft and sign off on corresponding work reports and immediately report any accidents or anomalies occurring on site. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements must be substantiated by attaching the following documents, as applicable, in the “Annexes” section of the application (or during the selection process): * Official academic qualification certificate or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Employment record and/or employment contract enabling verification and accreditation of required professional experience. * Internship annexes enabling verification and accreditation of required academic experience, where applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a Spanish vocational training qualification (FP II or CFGS) in Agriculture or Building and Civil Engineering (qualification officially recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat for Universities). #### **Additional Training** * Occupational Health and Safety course of at least 50 hours at basic level, or a 20-hour Occupational Health and Safety course for middle management. ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish driving license (Category B) **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Phytosanitary license ### **Prior Experience** * From 6 months up to 2 years’ experience as a Foreman (to be verified during the technical interview) ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Training in forestry machinery / public works machinery **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract of approximately 6 months, with possible extension if justified, respecting the maximum duration limits established by current labor legislation for each contractual modality.
