PRODUCTION ENGINEER (Area Technician)

From Incarlopsa, as a leading company in the production of high-quality meat products, we are seeking an **AREA TECHNICIAN** for one of our production centers located in Corral de Almaguer. Your main responsibilities will be: * Monitoring and implementing Lean tools in the section, identifying and supporting section needs, staff training, etc. * Supervising and collaborating in the execution of productive tasks within the section (increasing productivity, controlling costs, leading projects, managing staffing levels, etc.) * Promoting compliance with quality standards and occupational health and safety (PRL) among team members. * **Minimum Education** Industrial Organization Engineering or equivalent * **Minimum Experience** Knowledge of production processes * **Required Languages** Spanish * **Minimum Requirements** * Strong communication and leadership skills * Adaptability to rotating shifts * Advanced Excel proficiency
