We are launching a **new production facility in Oviedo** and looking for someone with experience in pastry, bakery, or artisanal production who wants to join the project **from the very beginning**. The facility’s concept revolves around two main lines: * In-house production for our own projects: **cookies, brownies, lemon cake, banana bread, cinnamon rolls, cheesecakes, and other bakery items**. * Product development and production for **other cafés, restaurants, and professional clients**, positioning the facility also as a B2B supplier. What are we looking for? We seek someone who truly enjoys working with products and wishes to have a certain degree of autonomy within the facility. A person capable of: * Preparing and producing the facility’s various recipes. * Maintaining organized, consistent, and high-quality production. * Standardizing recipes, ingredient weights, and processes. * Managing production timelines, storage conditions, and inventory. * Helping us develop and improve new products. * Preparing orders for our own sales points and external clients. * Keeping the facility clean, organized, and compliant with food safety procedures. Particularly valued experience includes: * Cookies. * Brownies. * Cakes and loaf cakes. * Basque-style cheesecakes. * Pastry and bakery. * Medium-volume production. More than just executing recipes We are not solely seeking someone who follows technical specifications. We hope to find a person who can **make the facility their own**, contribute ideas, help define processes, and participate in how the project grows. The space is currently being set up, so the person joining will be able to participate from day one in decisions regarding organization, equipment, production, recipes, and operations. Collaboration type We are open to different arrangements depending on the candidate’s profile: * **Employment contract (salaried employee).** * **Self-employed collaboration.** * Or even **proposing another type of agreement**, if we find a candidate who fits exceptionally well with the project and wishes to actively engage in its growth.
