Job Summary: We are seeking a Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards, optimize data models, and perform requirements analysis in an agile environment. We are more than 4,000 professionals across 11 countries, with a multicultural, startup-style culture that fosters innovation, continuous learning, and the creation of high-impact solutions for our clients. **We are looking for: Power BI Developer** **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards, reports, and datasets using Power BI. * Create and optimize efficient data models ensuring performance, scalability, and quality. * Perform requirements analysis to translate business needs into visualization solutions. * Design and build complex DAX measures for advanced analytics. * Integrate data from diverse sources and ensure basic ETL processes within the Power BI environment. * Coordinate with stakeholders to validate deliverables, implement continuous improvements, and present key insights. **Requirements:** **Mandatory:** * Minimum 4–5 years of advanced Power BI development experience. * Solid experience in creating dashboards, reports, KPIs, and advanced visualizations. * Advanced-level proficiency in DAX. * Experience in data modeling, relationships, hierarchies, and optimization. * Experience integrating data from various sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, etc.). * Ability to elicit and analyze requirements with business teams. * Experience working in agile environments. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of Power Query / M. * Experience with SQL Server or other database engines. * Experience in Data Warehousing or corporate BI. * Experience in digital transformation projects or the financial sector. **We Offer** * Permanent contract with competitive salary * Flexible work arrangements and possibility of remote work. * Personalized career plan and continuous training (certifications, English, etc.). * Participation in stable projects with strong technical components. * Flexible working hours and focus on work-life balance. * Social benefits tailored to your needs We invite you to learn more about us at http://www.neoris.com, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, or Instagram: @NEORIS.
