Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on product commercialization. **Job Category:** ================= Temporary/Other **Job Family:** =============== Intern **Job Description:** ==================== **Laboratory Internship**The laboratory intern supports researchers and R&D technicians in tasks related to product development. **Position Description** * Ensure accurate sample preparation (weighing, measuring, and maintaining data records). * Operate laboratory, kitchen, and plant equipment. * Maintain culinary presentation tools. * Develop and maintain recipes. * Calculate formulas, percentages, or specific production factors using chemical and mathematical procedures. * Assist in scaling up prototypes to full production. * Support product commercialization by collaborating with Marketing and Sales teams within the stage\-gate process framework. * Perform wet chemistry analyses (pH, salt, water activity, moisture, fat, protein, and ash) on finished products. * Support microbiological testing of environmental swabs, raw materials, and finished products. * Contribute to product development and execution of processing activities—including safety aspects—in areas such as aeration, deposition, and lyophilization.
