The selected candidate will be responsible for managing on-site construction execution, monitoring adherence to deadlines and quality standards for both installations and finishes. The role reports directly to the Construction Director, coordinating and supervising the achievement of objectives, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and specifications. The candidate will also handle construction scheduling and planning, financial close-out management, and preparation of comparative tables, measurements, proforma management, and certifications.
