Country Spain Province Vigo \- Pontevedra Application Deadline 15/06/2026 Category Service Staff **NGO Information** Fundación Aldaba **Rating** (0 ratings) **info** Response rate: 76.29% **info** **Objectives** ------------ * Meal Provision: Adherence to menus, grocery purchasing, and preparation of healthy meals, taking into account possible cultural or religious restrictions of the minors. * Cleaning and Maintenance: Daily and deep cleaning of the residence, laundry management (washing and ironing), and general tidiness. * Coexistence Support: Promoting order and responsibility within the home, assisting minors in organizing their personal spaces (bedrooms, common areas). * Discretion and Safety: Ensuring a safe and confidential environment, respecting the administrative and personal circumstances of the minors under guardianship. **Profile:** * Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology. * Additional Training: Specialization in trauma, interculturality, migratory grief, adolescent intervention, or social intervention. * Skills: High empathy, interdisciplinary teamwork, conflict resolution, and cultural flexibility. * Certificate of absence of sexual offenses (mandatory). * Driver's license A disability certificate of 33% or higher will be especially valued.
