Job Summary: We are looking for a collaborative and dynamic individual to supervise logistics operations, deliver training, and support inventory management, ensuring compliance with regulations. To learn more about working at Lidl, visit our careers website: https://empleo.lidl.es/ **What will your day-to-day look like?** ---------------------------- * Collaborate in achieving the daily performance targets defined for your area during your shift. * Collaborate operationally with other departments. * Supervise the correct execution of assigned tasks following your supervisor’s guidelines. * Supervise the transfer flow between the company’s various warehouses and external warehouses. * Deliver initial and ongoing staff training following your supervisors’ instructions. * Support your supervisors in conducting and analyzing inventories. * Comply with applicable laws and regulations, as well as the company’s internal procedures. **Are you the person we’re looking for?** ------------------------------------- * Vocational Training Certificate (Intermediate Level) or equivalent. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Prior experience in the logistics sector and in operational responsibilities of less than one year will be valued.
