Your mission is to monitor, process, and verify both incoming and outgoing goods at the warehouse via system, ensuring proper management of cargo transit fluctuations. Responsibilities: * Document incoming and outgoing goods. * Receive vehicles. * Process shipments of surplus goods. * Verify vehicle closure. * Monitor customs-related goods. * Monitor ADR products. * Implement assigned Compliance controls and procedures. * Collect evidence demonstrating compliance and effectiveness of assigned Compliance controls and procedures. Tasks: * Create, process, and review shipping labels for goods to be received by the warehouse and pickup orders issued. * Identify the vehicle and its origin for subsequent dock assignment. * Generate labels for surplus goods. * Prepare loading and unloading lists for goods. * Review and monitor stock levels of customs goods to proceed with unloading or request necessary documentation to ensure proper registration. * Document ADR goods and notify warehouse staff. * Receive goods deliveries from customers collecting their shipments. * Apply assigned Compliance procedures and controls. * Periodically collect evidence demonstrating compliance with assigned Compliance controls and procedures. **What You Bring** ----------------------- Requirements: * Education: Advanced Vocational Training (CFGS) in Transport and Logistics or International Trade. * Basic knowledge: Intermediate English (B1) * Specific knowledge: Familiarity with GDP regulations * Experience: 2 years * Probationary period: 4–6 months.
